Members of Oregon Cambodian Buddhist Society can now download the bylaws. Know your rights and responsibilities as members.
The Watt is your community center that you fund, and you should exercise your rights to elect the board of directors. It’s also your responsibility to keep the board accountable to make good decisions for managing the Watt.
