Bylaws

Members of Oregon Cambodian Buddhist Society can now download the bylaws. Know your role, rights, responsibilities as members.

The Wat is your community center that you fund, and you should exercise your rights to elect the board of directors. It’s also your responsibility to keep the board accountable to make good decisions for managing the Wat.

As a reminder, it’s the month of May and according to our bylaws, time for elections for the new year’s board of directors.
